The Host Suite provides short-term rental consulting, listing optimization, co-hosting management, Zoom audits, and AI advisory services. All services are delivered remotely. Scope of each engagement is confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
One-time services (Starter Audit, Launch Package, Zoom Audit, Strategy Sessions) are payable in full prior to delivery. Co-hosting fees (20% of revenue) are invoiced monthly. AI Advisor subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, timely responses to questions, and access to the relevant Airbnb account for co-hosting engagements. The Host Suite is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
All deliverables (listing copy, audit reports, strategy documents) become the client's property upon full payment. The Host Suite retains the right to reference the engagement (without identifying client details) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The Host Suite provides consulting and optimization services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes, occupancy rates, or search ranking positions, as these are influenced by factors outside our control including Airbnb's algorithm and market conditions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
If you are not satisfied with a delivered listing audit, launch package, or Zoom audit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will first offer a full revision at no charge. If you remain unsatisfied after the revision, we will issue a complete refund.
Co-hosting fees are earned monthly based on revenue generated. Fees for a completed month are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel, provide 14 days' written notice and no further fees will be charged after the notice period ends.
Monthly AI Advisor subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Pricing Strategy Sessions and Compliance Consulting sessions are refundable if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge.
